Enable Developer Mode, click "Load unpacked", select the project folder

✓ Developer Mode → Load unpacked → Select QuickTranslate

Go to chrome://extensions/shortcuts to check your keyboard shortcut settings. Make sure there are no conflicts with other extensions. You can also manually set a new shortcut combination.

Make sure the selected area contains clear text. Images, special fonts, or text with complex backgrounds may not be accurately recognized. We recommend selecting areas with high text contrast.

Currently supports 10+ languages including Japanese, Korean, English, German, French, Spanish translating to Chinese (Simplified/Traditional). The system automatically detects the source language, no manual selection needed.

Click the extension icon to open the main interface, there is a language selector on the right side of the title bar. Supports 5 interface languages: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean. Settings are saved automatically.

Try selecting a more precise text area, or switch to a different translation engine in advanced settings. Google Translate is suitable for daily use, GLM large model offers higher translation quality but requires an API Key.
